Run the real team — no terminal needed

This page is a taste. The real ghost team lives in Claude Code, where it reads your actual codebase, talks to real users through your connected tools, and ships real, working code — not a mockup. It runs on your Claude subscription (Pro/Max), and it's model-agnostic: it uses whatever model you pick. No API key, no command line.

Open Claude Code on the web → claude.ai/code (or the desktop app / your IDE) and sign in with your Claude account.
Connect your project's GitHub repo — or start a fresh one.

Add the Ghost Team sub-agents to this project: copy the agents/ and commands/ folders from github.com/chiibitsu/labs/tree/main/ghost-team into my .claude/ directory, then run /standup.
